We have over 30 years’ experience in conveyancing dealings.  We recommend you contact us as early as possible when you are thinking of selling your property.  We are able to guide you through the process and assist you with checking any sale agreements or auction conditions prior to you signing.

Company Matters

We are able to advise you on all areas of your business including employment agreements or employment issues with staff.

Litigation

With over 40 years’ experience in the district court and dispute resolution, we are able to assist with all your district court litigation matters.

Mobile Service

We offer a mobile legal service to those who are elderly or ill and unable to attend our offices.  We are able to do home or hospital visits where required.  An extra cost will be involved for the extra time incurred.

Additionally, for clients who are unable to climb a flight of stairs, we can arrange appointments at a local Glen Eden café for easy signing of documents.
